Description
Features:
Low dissipation factor and decreased self-heating temperature in the high frequency and high voltage application.
Applications:
Snubber circuit protection of power supplies , resonant circuit , bypassing , coupling , and decoupling , snubber and high voltage circuits for x-ray sources and pulsed lasers ac/dc switching power supplies , dc ballast , baggage scanner , medical x-ray , industrial laser , monitors , ups , inverter , atx psu power.

  1. Operating temperature range: -25℃~+85℃
  2. Rated working voltage: 2KV to 15KV
  3. Capacitance: Within tolerance for Class I at 1MHz. Class II at 1 KHz, 1 to 3Vrms, 25℃
  4. Test voltage: 2KV & above: 2 times rated voltage, 3 ~ 5KV: 1.75 times, 6 ~ 15KV: 1.5 times. 50mA max charging current for 1 ~ 5 seconds.
  5. Dissipation factor/Q factor:
    Class I: 1MHz, 1 TO 3Vrms, 25℃
    C≤30PF………………………..Q≥400+20C
    C>30PF………………………..Q≥1,000

    Class II: 1KHz, 1 TO 3Vrms, 25℃

  6. Insulation Resistance: 10,000 MΩ or 200 MΩ.μF, whichever is smaller.
  7. Humidity test: Per EIA RS198-C, Method B3, Condition B. △C/C: 30% Max for F, 20% Max for others.
  8. Life test: Per EIA RS198-C, Method C2, Condition C at 85±2℃ and 200% rated working voltage.
    △C/C: 30% Max for F, 20% Max for others.. DF: 5% max for F, 3% Max for others. I.R.: 10,000 MΩ Min.
